Random twist in reality

Call #2 of the day – Dad claims he has no pain at all, completely healed. Yet when I urge him to take it easy, he acknowledges that it will take to heal his compression fracture of his L2 and he will need to have ‘the growth’ removed. What growth?! Ah, I realized it was his reality before saying, ‘it will heal and diminish, it’s normal, don’t worry about it’.
