My Van Cherry and apricot sauce is ready to go to a BBQ with me :) The experiment was a success. Fresh pitted cherries and apricots, minced onion/garlic/ginger, splash of water and Taiwanese cooking wine, avocado oil, lemon juice, and fresh chopped cilantro at the end. This was created to be served with sausages. Let’s see if the crowd likes it.
